Held on Sunday 27th January 2008 -Bletchley Milton Keynes
I hadn't been to the winter national fo a few years and now I remember why! It's not a great location for anyone to find and not attracting the people it used to, probably because of the cost.
(Fuel + Stall Fee = £50 before you even start!)
It was apparent that recent fakes were making people nervous about spending lots of money. I did see a rare local F. Martins Colchester ginger beer for sale and I met up with two good friends from the past and generally had a good chat all day, but it was very apparent that more and more collectors are choosing sites such as eBay over large shows, which is a big shame.
It was not worth taking any photos because of how dissapointing the day was.
Let's hope it will improve in the future!
